Why we use it

• Voice notes may be converted to text so we can read and search them.
• We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to help draft replies; a person at our company reviews every reply before it is sent.

Where it is kept

Conversations are processed by Meta (WhatsApp) and stored in our own accounts with Cloudflare and Google, which act as our service providers. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we have a business relationship with you and as required by UAE law, after which it is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Send "STOP" on WhatsApp to stop marketing messages.
